About Me

I have gotten into fitness for 11 years (2013) and when i first got into it, I was just getting into shape because i have been following my dad's footsteps because he is a bodybuilder so it runs in the family. From 2020-2021, I decided to go into amateur bodybuilding, competed in 2 shows and it was a great experience for me until I discovered powerlifting in 2023. I am currently powerlifting now and ever since then, Fitness has helped me alot with my mental health my personal health and getting active into my everyday life. I chose Personal Training because I love to inspire and help other people getting into shape and staying in shape so they will likely have less chances of severe chronic conditions as they get older and living a healthy lifestyle is the best life! Even if my clients tend to have those conditions, Exercise is for Everyone!
